Malone Football Announces First Wave Of Recruits For 2016

The Malone University football team is excited to announce 14 new players who will join the program for the 2016 season.  Although the Pioneers' new coaching staff has been in place for only about two weeks, head coach Fred Thomas and his assistants were able to assemble an impressive initial class which will be joined by additional student-athletes in the next few weeks.

"In a short time, the coaches have done a great job starting this class and meeting our needs," commented Thomas.  "The staff has brought in a great deal of speed which will be very beneficial.  With only one returning quarterback currently on the roster, we also brought in much needed depth and competition at the position with three new quarterbacks in this group."
