The NCCAA East Region Champion earns an automatic bid to the NCCAA National Tournament that is to be held May 16-19 at Prasco Park in Mason, Ohio
Tournament Format:
-Each of the three teams will participate in pool-play contests on Thursday
-The results from the pool-play games will then determine the seeding for day two of the tournament (if all three teams have one loss, seeding will be determined by the fewest runs allowed)
-On Friday morning (day two of the tournament), the No. 2 and No. 3 seeds will square off in an elimination game.
-The winner of the elimination game will then face the No. 1 seed on Friday afternoon in the first of two possible championship games
-If the No. 1 seed wins the first championship game, the tournament is over
-However, if the No. 1 seed loses the first championship game on Friday, the two teams will return for a second and decisive championship game on Saturday.
